Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or playing on this RO private server (the “Server”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all posted rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Server.

Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure.
• Sharing accounts is discouraged. If shared, the original owner remains responsible.
• Bound, rental, and duplicate item protections remain; attempting to bypass them is prohibited.
• Use accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Security and Fair Play

• No bots, macros, packet editors, automation, or unauthorized third‑party tools.
• No exploitation of bugs or unintended mechanics. Report exploits through official channels.
• No client or server file tampering. Custom GRFs or edits that affect gameplay are forbidden.
• Do not attempt to access other players’ data or the Server’s systems.

Gameplay Rules

• Respect other players. Harassment, hate speech, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
• No kill‑stealing, griefing, or abusive map control (unless permitted by event rules).
• Follow party, guild, WoE, and PvP etiquette set by the Server.
• Real‑money trading (RMT) for accounts/items/zenny is strictly prohibited.

Donations and Item Shop

• Donations support Server costs. They are voluntary and non‑refundable unless required by law.
• Item shop purchases are final; chargebacks may result in account sanctions.
• Shop items do not guarantee competitive advantages beyond stated descriptions.

Trading and Economy

• Scamming, impersonation, and fraud are not allowed.
• Duplication or exploitation affecting the economy will lead to permanent bans.
• Bound/rental items must not be traded. Attempting to trade them may trigger penalties.

Communication

• Keep global and public chats appropriate. No spam or advertising other servers.
• NSFW content is restricted to permitted channels and must follow local laws.

Staff and Enforcement

• GMs and staff may investigate, mute, jail, or ban accounts at their discretion.
• Evidence‑based sanctions may be applied without prior notice for severe violations.
• Staff decisions are final, but you may appeal through the official support channel.

Privacy and Data

• We collect necessary data to operate the Server and improve services.
• Logs may include IP addresses, account actions, and trade/transaction activity.
• We do not sell personal data. See our privacy notes if available.

Liability

• The Server is provided “as is” without warranties. Downtime or data loss may occur.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the Server.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.
• Material changes may be announced via website/news or in‑game notices.
